These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the fawltreno website (the “Site”) and the educational materials made available through it. The Site is operated by Fawltreno Learning Ltd (“fawltreno”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Site. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Site and that they have reviewed these Terms with you.

2) Educational Disclaimer

The Site provides educational content about shirt manufacturing and tailoring skills. Content includes, for example, pattern drafting workflows, cutting preparation, stitch control, assembly sequence, and finishing practices such as pressing and inspection.

All content is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not professional engineering advice, certification training, or a guarantee of any specific outcome. Sewing results depend on many variables (fabric, machine condition, needle and thread selection, operator technique, and production environment). You are responsible for testing techniques safely and adjusting them to your own equipment and materials.

fawltreno is not affiliated with any clothing brands or manufacturers. Any brand names or product references, if they appear, are for identification only and do not imply endorsement.

3) About the Service and Changes

The Site may include course overviews, learning module descriptions, skill checklists, FAQs, and registration forms to request information about the educational programme. We may update, improve, remove, or reorganize Site content at any time. We also may modify or discontinue features without notice, including the way modules are described or the order in which material is presented.

We aim for clear, accurate material, but we do not promise that all content will be error-free or current at all times. Workshop methods evolve, and terminology can vary across regions and production settings. If you spot an inaccuracy, you can contact us using the details in Section 21.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site will be limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any), or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fawltreno Learning Ltd from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your misuse of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

12) Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, pandemics, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, or cloud provider disruptions.

13) International Use

19) Assignment and No Waiver

We may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
